Boost Terms and Conditions

By purchasing and using the Boost services provided by Showw (“the App”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Payment and Refund Policy

  • Non-Refundable Purchases: All payments for Boost services are final and non-refundable due to the consumable nature of the Boosts. Once a payment is processed, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
  • Payment Responsibility: Payments for Boost services must be made at the time of purchase on the Boost screen. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their payment is processed successfully. Any issues related to payment processing, including but not limited to failed transactions, incorrect payment details, or insufficient funds, are the user’s responsibility.
  • Third-Party Payment Processing: All payments are processed through Google Play. The App is not responsible for any issues or disputes that arise from the payment process through Google Play. Users must contact Google Play support for assistance with payment-related issues.

2. Boost Performance and Metrics

  • Delivery of Boosts: Boosts go live immediately after payment is successfully processed. The delivery of views, followers, and other engagement metrics is dependent on the traffic and demand within the App. While we strive to provide timely delivery, we do not guarantee the accuracy or speed of Boost delivery.
  • Metrics Accuracy: Boost-related metrics, such as views, likes, comments, shares, and followers, may vary due to factors beyond our control. For example, some users may view your Boosted content through unauthenticated screens where certain interactions (e.g., likes, comments, shares) are not recorded. The App is not responsible for any discrepancies in these metrics.
  • Potential Delays: Delays in Boost delivery or errors in metric reporting may occur due to technical issues, system maintenance, or other unforeseen circumstances. The App is not liable for any delays or inaccuracies in Boost performance.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Internet Connection: Users are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection during the Boost purchase and activation process. The App is not liable for any issues that arise from a poor or unstable connection, including but not limited to failed transactions or incomplete Boost activations.
  • Prohibited Activities: Any attempts to hack, tamper with, or otherwise manipulate the Boost or payment systems are strictly prohibited. Users engaging in such activities will face immediate suspension of their accounts and may be subject to legal action.

4. Limitations of Liability

  • No Guarantees: While we strive to provide accurate and effective Boost services, the App does not guarantee specific outcomes or results from using the Boost feature. This includes, but is not limited to, increased views, likes, comments, shares, or followers.
  • System Accuracy: The App makes every effort to ensure that its systems are accurate and reliable. However, due to the nature of online platforms, occasional errors or discrepancies may occur. The App is not responsible for any such inaccuracies.

5. Dispute Resolution

  • Governing Law: These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Boost services will be resolved in accordance with the laws of this jurisdiction.

6. Changes to Terms

  • Amendments: The App reserves the right to modify these Boost Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the Boost services after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

7. Price Changes

  • Price Fluctuations: Showw reserves the right to modify the pricing of Boost services at any time without prior notice. Prices may change due to various factors, including but not limited to market conditions, demand, and other business considerations. Users are not entitled to any refunds or compensation for purchases made before or after a price change.
